Caritas Africa renews its Strategic Framework in Lomé, Togo

The 2019-2023 Strategic Framework expires in 2023. In order to give itself new orientations for the years to come, Caritas Africa organized in Lomé, Togo, from October 18 to 21, 2022, a workshop to draft its new Strategic Framework. This Strategic Framework, which will cover the period from 2024 to 2030, aims to provide strategic guidance to Member Organizations for the next seven years, with the overall objective of promoting Integral Human Development (IHD).

About 20 people took part in the drafting of the Strategic Framework. They include representatives of Caritas Africa, Caritas Africa Member Organizations, Caritas Internationalis, technical and financial partners (CAFOD and CRS), and consultants.

The strategic orientations validated by the team of technicians will furnish the work of the meeting of partners to be held in Lomé on October 25 and 26, 2022.

The workshop on the Strategic Framework was opened by the Regional Coordinator of Caritas Africa, Mr. Albert MASHIKA.
