The AMECEA zone (Association of Member Episcopal Conferences in Eastern Africa) regroups nine countries : Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Malawi, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

The National Caritas of these nine countries are therefore regrouped within Caritas AMECEA.
