• Serving, accompanying, and defending the poor and the most excluded;
• Strengthening National Caritas members to empower the marginalized and disadvantaged and to advocate for and take action to build resilient communities with their own participation;
• Effectively responding to humanitarian emergencies;
• Engaging Caritas members to participate in transformational change at different levels.
